Governance Structure:

General Body: 21 General body meets every year for approved plan, budget and report.  Election held after 2 year.

Executive Committee: 7 Members Executive meets when necessary. Executive committee holds the executive power. Under the Executive committee BMSF Executive Director run the all activities, monitoring and supervisions.

Audit Report: NGO bureau enlisted Audited firm do audit every year.

Service Rules & Financial Guideline: BMSF maintain service rules & financial guideline for function of the management.
